My research interests are in Optimal performance. From athletes to the general public, I like to discover the best in people and help them reach their optimum states of functioning.

The Mind and powers of the mind are of great interest to me.

I am interested in all aspects of consciousness studies: Altered states of consciousness, meditation, self transformation, Near Death Experiences (NDEs), "in the zone" experiences, and beliefs about consciousness and reality.
